In particular, the session proposals submitted to the Summit 09 Call For Submissions have yet to be approved by the Summit 09 Program Committee. Once approved, these will be incorporated into the Summit 09 program schedule. Other items still to be added to the Summit 09 schedule include times for Registration, Poster Sessions, and the Exhibition.

In light of the diverse audience Summit 09 plans to attract, several other technology-driven groups are using the opportunity to co-locate their meetings alongside the Summit event. We welcome these additional groups to Banff as events such as these provide excellent settings for side networking or new collaboration opportunities.
